When you buy goods from a seller in the EU, you have a legal guarantee of conformity of at least two years. This means: if a product is defective, does not work or does not match its description, ROIA MOTO is responsible to you.
- Duration: two years from delivery. If a defect appears within one year of delivery, it is presumed to have existed at delivery.
- Your remedies: first, free repair or replacement. If that is not possible or does not happen within a reasonable time, a price reduction or termination of the contract.
- Repair: if you choose repair, the warranty period is extended once by one year.
- Costs: repair or replacement is free of charge for you, including shipping.
National law may grant you additional rights. The legal guarantee applies in addition to any commercial guarantee. We do not currently offer a separate commercial durability guarantee.
