How long is the delivery time?
Most orders are packed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days. Once your order is packed, a tracking code will be available on your order page on our website. We typically hand over the package to the carrier the following day.
Delivery times vary depending on your country and region. Additionally, for some countries, we offer multiple shipping options: express and standard. Below is a table showing the average delivery times for each country.
The delivery times listed below refer to business days. Please note that public holidays, peak seasons, customs clearance, and remote locations may cause slight delays. If you’re preparing for a motorcycle trip and need your product(s) by a specific date, feel free to contact us at support@roiamoto.com.
Which countries to you ship to?
All our packages are shipped from Austria, and theoretically, we can deliver anywhere in the world. If your country isn’t listed as an option at checkout, please contact us at support@roiamoto.com, and we’ll assist in adding your country as a delivery option.
Prices, Sales Tax and Customs Duties
For countries within the European Union, our prices already include VAT (Value Added Tax) and delivery charges based on the option you select. For orders shipped outside the EU, you are responsible for any local taxes or customs duties. Please note that not all countries impose customs duties.
I don't live in the European Union. Are there extra charges?
We ship all orders from Austria, located within the European Union. For countries outside the EU, our prices include the cost of the product and shipping charges. Any local sales taxes or customs duties will be collected separately and must be paid by you upon delivery.
Where is Roia Moto located?
Roia Moto is a company registered in Austria, within the European Union. All of our products are prepared and packaged at Roia Moto in Austria.
Are your products shipped via dropshipping?
Absolutely not! We believe the best way to provide an exceptional customer experience is by maintaining full control over our products. We source our products directly from the factories and sell them straight to you, with no middleman involved. All our Tool Kits are assembled in Austria, and we personally hand your package over to the transport company.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods, including VISA, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, AMEX, EPS, Klarna, ShopPay, and UnionPay. All these options are available during checkout.
Is Roia Moto a big company?
We are proud to be a small startup company. Roia Moto was founded by two friends with a passion for motorcycling, traveling, cycling, and skiing. Regardless of our size and turnover, our goal is to stay true to our core values. Before starting Roia Moto, we were avid riders, skiers, cyclists, and travelers. Roia Moto is a reflection of our personal hobbies and passions, and we aim to keep it that way.
I’ve never heard of you. Who are you?
First of all, welcome to our shop! If you like what you see but have any questions, feel free to reach out to us at support@roiamoto.com. You may have discovered us through our videos on YouTube or Instagram, or perhaps via a Google search. If you’ve watched our YouTube videos, you already know one of the co-founders of Roia Moto, Italo. Italo has been riding motorcycles for over 15 years and loves creating motorcycle content. Paul, the second co-founder, is a bit camera shy. He is a professional skier and avid cyclist, responsible for product development, logistics, and all the operational aspects of Roia Moto. In simple terms, we love what we do at Roia Moto. Our company is an extension of our personal hobbies and passions.
Can I buy your products at a local store?
No, we only sell directly to consumers. Our products are custom-designed, and we partner exclusively with reputable manufacturers. Traditional brick-and-mortar businesses often require significant markups due to high operational costs, which would force us to either charge unrealistic prices or compromise on quality—neither of which is an option for us.
