Shipping policy
In short: We pack and ship most orders within 1 to 3 business days, always with tracking. Shipping within Europe is free from €150 – see the table below for all destinations.
Order processing
Orders are usually packed and handed to the carrier within 1 to 3 business days after payment is received. As soon as your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. We do not ship on weekends or Austrian public holidays.
Delivery times
How long delivery takes depends on your country. You can find the average delivery time for every destination on our Delivery time page.
Shipping costs
We offer one standard shipping method per destination. The higher your order value, the lower your shipping cost – up to free shipping. The exact cost for your order is shown in the cart and at checkout.

Shipping destinations
We ship to all countries you can select at checkout. If your country is not listed, write to us at support@roiamoto.com and we will check whether we can ship to you.
Customs, duties and taxes
- Within the European Union (EU): All prices include VAT. There are no customs charges.
- Outside the EU (for example Switzerland, Norway, the United Kingdom, the USA): customs duties, import taxes and carrier fees may apply depending on the destination country. They are not charged by ROIA MOTO and are payable by the recipient, usually to the carrier before delivery. Please check with your local customs office before ordering.

Damaged or missing parcel
If your parcel arrives damaged or the tracking has not moved for several days, please contact us at support@roiamoto.com with your order number and, if possible, photos. We will clarify the matter with the carrier.
