Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days after payment is received. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including a tracking number to monitor the delivery status of your shipment.

Please note that no shipments are processed on weekends or public holidays.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Within the European Union (EU): All prices include applicable VAT. Any shipping fees will be shown separately at checkout.
Outside the EU: Additional customs duties, taxes, or import charges may apply depending on the destination country. These fees are not charged by Roia Moto and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Please consult your local customs office for more information regarding potential charges before placing an order.
