As a consumer, you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. Simply fill in the form below and click “Confirm withdrawal”. We will immediately send you an acknowledgement of receipt by email, including the date and time.
You only need your name, your order number and your email address. If you only want to withdraw from part of your order, please list the items concerned.
