Most orders ship within 1–3 business days.
Once packed, you’ll find your tracking code on the order page. Packages are usually handed to the carrier the next day.
Delivery times vary by country/region and are counted in business days. Please allow extra time during holidays, peak seasons, customs, or for remote areas.

All orders are shipped from Austria, located in the European Union.
If your order is shipped (delivery address) to a country outside of the EU, our prices include the cost of the product and shipping charges. Any local sales taxes or customs duties will be collected separately and must be paid by you upon delivery.
Yes. That's a recent change from the U.S. government. Your order will be subject to import duties, which you must pay, and will be collected by the delivery company on behalf of the U.S. government.
Yes. Import-related fees are collected by the Canadian government via the transport company, and you’ll pay them separately upon delivery.
Yes. Import-related fees and sales VAT are collected by the UK government via the transport company, and you’ll pay them separately upon delivery.
For countries within the European Union, our prices already include VAT (Value Added Tax) and delivery charges when applicable. For orders shipped outside the EU, you are responsible for any local taxes or customs duties. Please note that not all countries impose customs duties.

All our packages are shipped from Austria, and theoretically, we can deliver anywhere in the world. If your country isn’t listed as an option at checkout, please contact us at support@roiamoto.com, and we’ll assist in adding your country as a delivery option.
Roia Moto is a company registered in Austria, within the European Union. All of our products are prepared and packaged at Roia Moto in Austria.
Absolutely not! We believe the best way to provide an exceptional customer experience is by maintaining full control over our products. We source our products directly from the factories and sell them straight to you, with no middleman involved. All our Tool Kits are assembled in Austria, and we personally hand your package over to the transport company.
We accept all major payment methods, including VISA, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, AMEX, EPS, Klarna, ShopPay, and UnionPay. All these options are available during checkout.

No, we only sell directly to consumers. Our products are custom-designed, and we partner exclusively with reputable manufacturers. Traditional brick-and-mortar businesses often require significant markups due to high operational costs, which would force us to either charge unrealistic prices or compromise on quality—neither of which is an option for us.
